🚨 Urgent for Brisbane Windows 10 Users

Windows 10 Support Has Ended — Is Your Laptop Now Vulnerable?

Microsoft officially ended free support for Windows 10 on 14 October 2025. If your Brisbane laptop is still running Windows 10, here is exactly what that means for you — and what your options are right now.

⚠️ What “End of Support” Means for Your Windows 10 Laptop

Your laptop will not suddenly stop working — Windows 10 continues to function. However, Microsoft is no longer releasing security patches, bug fixes, or updates. Every new security vulnerability discovered from October 2025 onwards will remain permanently unpatched on Windows 10. Cybercriminals specifically target end-of-support operating systems because they know the vulnerabilities will never be fixed. Running Windows 10 in 2026 means your laptop is progressively more at risk of malware, ransomware, and data theft with every passing month.

✅ Can Your Laptop Upgrade to Windows 11? — The Three Scenarios

Windows 11 requires specific hardware including TPM 2.0, a compatible CPU (Intel 8th Gen or AMD Ryzen 2000 or newer), UEFI Secure Boot, and at least 4GB of RAM.

✅ Best Case

Hardware qualifies — TPM is just disabled in BIOS

Many laptops with compatible CPUs have TPM 2.0 available but turned off in the BIOS settings. Enabling it (Intel PTT or AMD fTPM setting) is a free 5-minute fix in BIOS. The free Windows 11 upgrade then proceeds normally. This is the most common situation we see — the laptop is fully capable but the BIOS setting was never enabled.

⚠️ Common — Fixable

Compatible CPU but TPM 2.0 needs enabling or Secure Boot off

Intel 8th Gen and AMD Ryzen 2000+ laptops often need BIOS configuration to enable TPM 2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot before Windows 11 will accept the upgrade. This requires accessing the BIOS/UEFI settings — something many users are unfamiliar with. We do this as a standard part of our Windows 11 upgrade service.

❌ Older Hardware

CPU is too old — Intel 7th Gen or earlier, AMD Ryzen 1000

Laptops with Intel 7th Gen (Kaby Lake) or earlier CPUs, or AMD Ryzen 1000 series, cannot officially upgrade to Windows 11. The laptop works fine but Microsoft blocks the upgrade. Options: keep Windows 10 with antivirus protection knowing it is unpatched, or consider a replacement laptop with Windows 11 pre-installed.

⚠️ Warning: “Microsoft Support” Scam Calls Have Spiked Post-October 2025

Since Windows 10 support ended, scam calls and browser pop-ups claiming to be “Microsoft Support” telling you your Windows 10 laptop has a virus and you must call a number have increased significantly — targeting Brisbane residents specifically. Microsoft never cold-calls home users. Microsoft never puts a phone number in an error message or browser pop-up. If you receive one of these — hang up, close the browser. If you’ve already given someone remote access or paid them, bring your laptop in immediately for a security check. Report scams to the ACCC’s Scamwatch.

Not sure if your laptop can run Windows 11? Walk in to either of our Brisbane stores and we’ll run the Microsoft PC Health Check tool, check your CPU generation, verify TPM status in BIOS, and tell you exactly which scenario you’re in — for free.
Software Symptoms

Signs Your Laptop Has a Software or OS Problem That Needs Professional Attention

Software problems are the most common category of laptop faults — and they span a wide range from simple settings issues to complete OS failure.

🔄 Boot & Startup Problems

🔄

Stuck in automatic repair loop — keeps restarting

Laptop shows “Preparing Automatic Repair” or “Diagnosing your PC” and restarts repeatedly without ever reaching the desktop. A corrupted Windows boot file or a failed Windows update is the most common cause. WinRE startup repair or a targeted system file fix resolves most cases without reinstalling.

Black screen after login — gets to desktop then black

Login screen appears, password accepted, then black screen with cursor. Explorer.exe (the Windows shell process) has crashed or failed to start. This is a software fault — repairable without reinstalling in most cases by restoring the Windows shell via Task Manager or System Restore.

💙

Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) — repeatedly with error codes

Windows crashes to a blue screen with an error code (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION, DRIVER_IRQL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA). Most BSODs have a specific cause — a corrupted driver, a bad Windows update, or a conflicting piece of software — that can be identified from the error code and Windows event logs. Most are fixable without reinstalling.

🚫

Windows won’t start — “Operating System not found”

The boot record or EFI partition has been damaged — Windows can’t find the OS to start. Not necessarily a hardware fault — the Windows Boot Manager, BCD store, or partition table has a software corruption that can often be repaired using Bootrec and diskpart commands from WinRE without data loss.

🔃

Stuck updating — Windows Update failed or won’t complete

Windows Update gets stuck at a percentage, shows error codes (0x80070002, 0x8007000E, 0x800F0922), or a failed update is causing the laptop to loop on startup. The Windows Update cache and component store can be cleared and rebuilt — usually without reinstalling Windows.

⚙️

Driver conflicts after a Windows update

A Windows update installed an incompatible driver that’s causing device failures — GPU driver, audio driver, WiFi driver. The laptop may have reduced performance, specific devices not working, or repeated BSODs specifically related to the driver. Rolling back the driver or reinstalling the correct version resolves this without a full reinstall.

🦠 Virus & Malware Symptoms

🐌

Dramatically slower than normal — with no obvious reason

Background malware processes consuming CPU and RAM while running silently. A laptop that was fine last week and is now barely usable — with fans running constantly and Task Manager showing high CPU from unfamiliar processes — is a classic malware signature. Not all slowness is malware — but sudden unexplained slowdown warrants a scan.

🔒

Files encrypted, ransom message on screen

Ransomware has encrypted files and is demanding payment. Do not pay — payment doesn’t guarantee file recovery and funds criminal operations. Bring the laptop in immediately, powered off. We assess the ransomware strain, check for decryption tools (many strains have free decryptors), and advise on recovery options including backup-based restoration.

🌐

Browser homepage changed or constant pop-up ads

Browser has been hijacked — homepage redirects to a different search engine, new toolbar or extension appeared, pop-ups open even when the browser is closed. Adware and browser hijackers are the most common form of malware Brisbane users encounter. Often installed bundled with free software downloads.

🛡️

Antivirus disabled, can’t run or update security software

Some malware specifically targets and disables Windows Defender and third-party antivirus to prevent detection. If your antivirus is showing as off, won’t turn on, or can’t update — malware has likely disabled it. This warrants an offline scan (boot from USB antivirus) rather than an in-Windows scan.

🐢 Performance & General OS Problems

🐢

Very slow startup — takes 5–10+ minutes to reach desktop

Too many programs starting with Windows, a full or nearly-full hard drive, a fragmented HDD, or a failing drive with bad sectors all cause slow startup. Startup program cleanup, disk cleanup, and a drive health check identify which cause applies. An SSD upgrade is the single most impactful performance fix for older laptops.

❄️

Constant freezing or programs not responding

Programs freeze, the mouse stops responding for seconds at a time, or the entire system locks up requiring a force restart. Can be a failing hard drive (bad sectors), insufficient RAM for the workload, a software conflict, or a corrupted Windows installation. Drive health scan and memory test identify the specific cause.

📦

Programs crashing with error messages

Specific programs crash repeatedly with “stopped working” errors, or multiple programs crash at once. Can be caused by a corrupted program installation, missing DLL files (from a partial Windows update), a software conflict, or corrupted Visual C++ runtime libraries. Many of these are fixable without reinstalling Windows.

🔑

Windows activation error — “Windows is not activated”

Windows showing activation errors after a hardware change, motherboard repair, or following a suspicious software install. Can also occur if a previously installed counterfeit copy of Windows loses its activation. We assess the activation state and advise on legitimate options before starting any work.

Boot Repair — First Steps

Laptop Won’t Boot Into Windows? How to Access the Windows Recovery Environment

Before bringing your laptop in, try accessing the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) — the built-in Windows repair toolkit that can fix many boot problems without reinstalling. Here’s how to access it on each major brand:

Dell
F8 during boot
Or hold Shift + Restart from login screen. Some models: F12 for boot menu.
HP
F11 during boot
Tap F11 immediately after powering on. Some models also use F8 or Esc then F11.
Lenovo
F11 or F12 during boot
Also: Novo Button (small button near power button) → System Recovery.
ASUS
F9 during boot
For WinRE: hold Shift while clicking Restart in Windows. Some models: F8.
Acer
Alt + F10 during boot
Or F11 on some models. Hold Shift + Restart if Windows can open at all.
Any Brand
Hold Shift + Restart
If Windows login screen appears: hold Shift → click Power → Restart. Opens WinRE.

🔧 Once in WinRE — Try These in Order

1. Startup Repair: Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair. Automatically fixes many common boot failures including corrupted boot files and bad boot records. First thing to try.

2. System Restore: Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → System Restore. Rolls back Windows to a restore point before the problem started — preserves all personal files. Very effective for fixing problems caused by a bad Windows update or software installation.

3. Uninstall Updates: Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Uninstall Updates → Uninstall Latest Quality Update. If the laptop stopped booting after a specific Windows Update — this removes the update that caused the problem.

4. Reset This PC — Keep My Files: Troubleshoot → Reset This PC → Keep My Files. Reinstalls Windows while preserving your personal documents, photos, and downloads. Removes installed programs and settings. A clean slate for Windows without losing data.

None of these working? If WinRE won’t open, Startup Repair fails with an error, or System Restore has no restore points available — the OS corruption is too deep for the built-in tools. Bring it in for a professional software repair at either of our Brisbane stores.
Reinstall Options — Explained Clearly

Windows Reinstall — Three Options and What Each One Does to Your Data

The biggest fear with any OS reinstall is losing data. Here is exactly what each option does — so you can make an informed decision before we start any work. We always discuss this with you before proceeding.

✅ Safest — Data Preserved

Reset — Keep My Files

Reinstalls Windows using the built-in Reset function. The most data-safe option for software corruption, boot problems, or a laptop that’s running slow.

  • Personal files (Documents, Photos, Downloads) preserved
  • User accounts preserved
  • Installed programs removed (need to reinstall)
  • System settings reset to default
  • Desktop shortcuts removed
⚠️ Clean Windows — Data Wiped

Reset — Remove Everything

Completely erases all files, programs, and settings and reinstalls Windows fresh. Used when the laptop is being sold, repurposed, or has a deep software corruption that Keep My Files can’t resolve.

  • All personal files deleted permanently
  • All installed programs removed
  • All settings erased
  • Completely fresh Windows installation
  • Resolves even severe OS corruption
🔴 Most Thorough — USB Install

Clean Install from USB

Booting from a Windows USB drive and installing from scratch — used when Windows is too corrupted to self-repair, or when a completely fresh start is needed.

  • All data on system partition erased
  • All programs and settings erased
  • Most thorough fix — bypasses any corrupted OS files
  • Latest Windows version installed fresh
  • ⚠️Requires data backup first — always done at Mobile Connect before this option

💾 We Always Back Up Your Data Before Any Reinstall

Before performing any reinstall — including the “Keep My Files” option — we back up your important data to an external drive as a safety measure. “Keep My Files” is designed to preserve data, but software corruption can sometimes cause unexpected outcomes. We never rely on any reinstall option as your only data protection. Your data is backed up first, reinstall happens second. You confirm what’s been backed up before we proceed.

🦠 Virus & Malware

Laptop Virus & Malware Removal Brisbane — What We Do and What You Should Know

Malware ranges from mildly annoying browser hijackers to dangerous ransomware and data-stealing trojans. The removal approach depends entirely on the type and severity of infection.

🔍 How We Remove Malware — Professional Approach

Step 1 — Offline scan first: Most serious malware actively prevents in-Windows antivirus from finding or removing it. We boot from a USB drive running an offline antivirus scanner that operates outside Windows — meaning malware cannot hide from or interfere with the scan. This catches malware that in-Windows scans completely miss.

Step 2 — In-Windows deep scan: After the offline scan, we run multiple complementary malware scanners in Windows — each specialised for different malware categories (adware, rootkits, browser hijackers, PUPs). No single scanner catches everything — multiple tools used together is standard professional practice.

Step 3 — Browser cleanup: Browser extensions, homepage settings, and saved data are checked and cleaned. Malicious extensions are removed, browser settings restored to defaults.

Step 4 — Startup and scheduled task cleanup: Malware frequently installs itself to run at startup and via Windows Scheduled Tasks — ensuring it relaunches even after scanning removes the main file. We check and clean both.

Step 5 — Security hardening: Windows Defender is re-enabled if it was disabled, and we advise on ongoing protection — free tools like Malwarebytes Free for periodic scanning alongside Windows Defender.

🔒 Ransomware — Do NOT Pay. Here’s What to Do Instead.

If your laptop shows a ransom message demanding payment in cryptocurrency to decrypt your files — do not pay. Payment doesn’t guarantee file recovery, and it funds criminal networks. Turn the laptop off immediately to prevent encryption spreading to any connected drives. Check whether your files were backed up to OneDrive, Google Drive, or an external drive before the infection. Many ransomware strains now have free decryption tools available through the No More Ransom project (nomoreransom.org). Bring the laptop in for a ransomware assessment — we identify the strain, check for available decryptors, and advise on the most realistic recovery options.

⚠️ When Virus Removal Isn’t Enough — OS Reinstall Recommended

For severe malware infections — particularly rootkits (which embed in the OS kernel), bootkits (which infect the boot record), or ransomware — professional malware scanning may not be sufficient to guarantee the system is completely clean. In these cases, a clean Windows reinstall after backing up personal data is the only way to be certain the infection is fully removed. We advise honestly on when scanning is sufficient and when reinstalling is the right call — rather than charging for a scan that doesn’t fully resolve the problem.

Try These First

Software Fixes to Try at Home Before Coming In

In order of ease. These resolve a significant portion of software problems without any professional help.

🔄

1. Full Restart — Not Sleep

Hold Shift while clicking Restart for a complete cold restart that flushes all driver states and memory. This resolves surprisingly many software glitches, stuck updates, and minor OS hiccups. If the laptop has been sleeping rather than shutting down for days or weeks — a full restart should always be the first step.

🔙

2. System Restore to Before the Problem Started

If the laptop started having problems after an update, a software installation, or a specific date — a System Restore rolls Windows back to that point without touching personal files. Access it in WinRE or via Control Panel → System → System Protection → System Restore. Restore points are created automatically by Windows Update.

🛡️

3. Run Windows Defender Full Scan

Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection → Scan Options → Full Scan. A full scan checks every file — not just active processes. Takes 30–60 minutes but is thorough. Also run the Offline Scan option (Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection → Scan Options → Microsoft Defender Offline Scan) which runs before Windows starts and catches malware that hides from in-Windows scans.

🔧

4. Run SFC and DISM to Fix Corrupted System Files

Open Command Prompt as Administrator. Run: sfc /scannow — scans and repairs corrupted Windows system files. If that finds issues, also run: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth — downloads and replaces corrupted Windows component files. These two commands together fix many “Windows is broken” situations without reinstalling.

🔃

5. Fix Stuck Windows Updates

If a Windows update is stuck: open Services (Win + R → services.msc) → right-click Windows Update → Stop. Then navigate to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and delete all contents of that folder. Restart the Windows Update service and try updating again. This clears a corrupted update cache that causes update failures.

🚀

6. Disable Startup Programs to Speed Up Boot

Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) → Startup tab. Disable everything that isn’t essential — Teams, Spotify, OneDrive, manufacturer apps, gaming platforms. Each disabled startup program reduces boot time. This is the single most impactful free speed improvement for laptops that are slow to start but fine once running.

Tried these and still having problems? Bring it in for a free professional diagnosis. The most common software problems we see — boot loops, persistent malware, deep OS corruption, and Windows activation issues — require professional tools and access that aren’t available from within a broken Windows installation.
🍎 MacBook / macOS

MacBook Software Problems — macOS Reinstall and Recovery Mode

MacBook software problems follow a similar pattern to Windows — but the recovery approach is different. Here’s what macOS-specific software repair looks like:

🍎 Accessing macOS Recovery Mode

Intel MacBook: Shut down → hold Cmd + R while pressing power button → release when Apple logo or spinning globe appears. This boots into macOS Recovery.

Apple Silicon MacBook (M1/M2/M3/M4): Shut down → press and hold the power button until “Loading startup options” appears → click Options → Continue.

In macOS Recovery you can: run Disk Utility First Aid to repair the file system, reinstall macOS (preserves data), restore from a Time Machine backup, or access Terminal for command-line fixes.

🔧 macOS Reinstall — What Gets Preserved

The “Reinstall macOS” option in Recovery Mode downloads and reinstalls the operating system while preserving all your personal files, applications, and settings. It is equivalent to a Windows “Keep My Files” reset. For most macOS software problems — kernel panics, apps crashing, slow performance — a macOS reinstall resolves the issue without data loss. A factory reset (Erase All Content and Settings) is the data-destructive option, used before selling or for complete OS corruption.

🔒 macOS Malware — Less Common But Real

macOS is significantly less vulnerable to malware than Windows — but not immune. Mac-specific malware typically arrives as fake software installers, browser extensions, or bundled with pirated applications. Symptoms: browser hijacking, pop-up ads, sudden performance degradation, or activity monitor showing unfamiliar high-CPU processes. We scan and clean Macs using Mac-specific tools alongside a general system check. For severe macOS infection, a clean reinstall after data backup is also the safest resolution.

Windows 11 Upgrade Service

Windows 10 to Windows 11 Upgrade — Done Right in Brisbane

If your laptop is Windows 11 compatible, upgrading is the most important security action you can take for a Windows 10 laptop in 2026. Here’s what our Windows 11 upgrade service includes:

Step 1

Compatibility Check — PC Health Check + Manual Verification

We run Microsoft’s PC Health Check tool and manually verify your CPU generation, TPM 2.0 status in BIOS, Secure Boot configuration, RAM, and storage. Many laptops that fail the automatic check can be made compatible by enabling TPM 2.0 (Intel PTT or AMD fTPM) in BIOS — a free fix that takes 5 minutes.

Step 2

BIOS Configuration — TPM 2.0 Enable and Secure Boot

For laptops where TPM 2.0 is available but disabled in BIOS — we access BIOS/UEFI, enable Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PTT) or AMD firmware TPM (fTPM), confirm Secure Boot is set to enabled, and verify the Windows 11 compatibility check now passes. This single step unlocks the free Windows 11 upgrade for many laptops that “can’t upgrade.”

Step 3

Data Backup Before Upgrade

Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades preserve all files, programs, and settings in place — it’s an in-place upgrade, not a reinstall. However, we back up your data before starting as standard practice. Unexpected failures during the upgrade process (rare but possible) should never result in data loss. Backup first, always.

Step 4

Windows 11 Upgrade — Clean and Verified

The upgrade is performed using Microsoft’s official Installation Assistant or Windows Update — not third-party tools. After completion, we verify Windows 11 is activated with your existing Windows 10 licence (the activation transfers automatically for genuine licences), all drivers are working correctly, and no critical software has been disrupted by the upgrade.

Step 5

Post-Upgrade Driver and Software Check

After the Windows 11 upgrade, we check for any driver updates needed for your specific laptop model, verify audio, WiFi, display, and Bluetooth all work correctly, and advise on any Windows 11 settings that differ from Windows 10. Some older peripherals and specialised software may need attention — we identify these before you leave.

Honest Advice

When We Recommend Against Upgrading

If your laptop’s CPU is too old to officially support Windows 11 (Intel 7th Gen or earlier, AMD Ryzen 1000 series), we won’t recommend an unofficial bypass installation — Microsoft warns these may not receive future updates and can have stability issues. Instead we advise on the most appropriate path: enhanced Windows 10 protection in the short term, or consideration of a replacement laptop.

How It Works

Our Laptop Software Diagnosis & Repair Process — Step by Step

Data protection first, repair second, verified result before handback.

1

Walk In or WhatsApp First — No Appointment Needed

Come in to either our Underwood Marketplace or Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town store any day of the week. Describe the software symptom — won’t boot, suspected virus, running slow, specific error message. WhatsApp your laptop model and symptoms in advance for an initial assessment before making the trip.

2

Free Software Diagnosis — Specific Cause Identified

We run Windows Event Viewer for error logs, check drive health, scan for malware, attempt to boot into WinRE, and identify the specific cause of the problem. We don’t say “it needs a reinstall” without first confirming whether boot repair or a targeted fix would resolve it without reinstalling.

3

Data Backup Before Any Repair That Could Affect Data

For any repair involving reinstalling Windows or modifying the OS, we back up your important data to an external drive first. We show you what’s been backed up and confirm you’re satisfied before proceeding. We never perform a data-destructive reinstall without your explicit informed consent.

4

Clear Quote — Specific Fix, Cost, and Timeline Confirmed

After diagnosis we explain in plain English exactly what the problem is, what the fix involves, the cost, and the expected timeline. Most boot repairs, malware removal, and Windows 11 upgrades are same-day. OS reinstall with data backup is typically same-day to next-day. All costs confirmed before we start.

5

Repair Completed — Verified and Tested Before Handback

After the repair, we verify Windows boots correctly, all devices work, Windows is activated, and the specific problem is resolved. For malware removal, we run a final scan to confirm clean before handback. For OS reinstalls, we walk through what’s preserved and what needs reinstalling so you leave with complete clarity.

Got Questions?

Laptop Software & OS Problems Brisbane — FAQ

The questions we hear most often. Not listed? WhatsApp us — we reply fast.

What can be done if my laptop won’t boot into Windows?

First try accessing the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) using your brand’s key (F8, F11, or hold Shift + Restart from the login screen). In WinRE, try Startup Repair first, then System Restore. System Restore rolls Windows back to before the problem without touching personal files. If these fail, Reset This PC → Keep My Files reinstalls Windows while preserving documents and photos.

If WinRE won’t open at all — bring it in for a free professional diagnosis at either of our Brisbane stores.

Is Windows 10 still safe to use in Brisbane after October 2025?

Windows 10 support ended 14 October 2025. The laptop continues to work but no security patches are being released. Every new vulnerability discovered after that date remains permanently unpatched — making Windows 10 progressively more at risk with every passing month. If your laptop qualifies for Windows 11 (Intel 8th Gen+ or AMD Ryzen 2000+), upgrading is strongly recommended. Come in for a free compatibility check at either of our Brisbane stores.

Will I lose my files if I reinstall Windows?

It depends on which option is used. Reset → Keep My Files preserves personal documents, photos, and downloads but removes installed programs. Reset → Remove Everything erases all data. A clean install from USB also erases everything. We back up your data before any reinstall as standard — and confirm what’s been backed up before starting. We never perform a data-destructive reinstall without your explicit informed consent.

How do I know if my laptop has a virus?

Common signs: dramatically slower than normal, browser homepage changed without permission, pop-up ads even when browser is closed, antivirus showing as off and refusing to turn on, unfamiliar programs in Task Manager using high CPU, or files renaming or disappearing (ransomware). Some malware is invisible — running silently to steal data. If anything feels off about your laptop’s behaviour, come in for a free malware assessment.

Can my laptop upgrade to Windows 11 for free?

If your laptop has an Intel 8th Gen or newer CPU (or AMD Ryzen 2000+), 4GB+ RAM, and 64GB+ storage — yes. The upgrade is free for genuine Windows 10 licences. The most common barrier is TPM 2.0 disabled in BIOS — enabling Intel PTT or AMD fTPM (a 5-minute BIOS change) often makes the PC Health Check pass. Come in for a free compatibility check at either of our Brisbane stores.

My laptop has a ransomware message — what do I do?

Do not pay the ransom. Turn the laptop off immediately to stop encryption spreading. Check if files were backed up to OneDrive or Google Drive before infection. Bring the laptop in — we identify the ransomware strain, check the No More Ransom project for free decryptors for that specific strain, and advise on realistic recovery options. Do not attempt payment — it doesn’t guarantee recovery.

My laptop is very slow — is it a virus or just old?

Slowness has distinct causes: too many startup programs (free fix), malware in the background (malware removal), a failing hard drive (SSD upgrade), insufficient RAM (RAM upgrade), or an OS with years of accumulated bloat (clean reinstall). A diagnostic identifies the specific cause. The single most impactful fix for an older slow laptop is an SSD upgrade — it can make a 2015 laptop feel dramatically faster for daily use.

Where can I get my laptop software repaired near Underwood or Sunnybank Hills?

Mobile Connect offers free laptop software diagnosis at two convenient Brisbane stores — Underwood Marketplace (call 07 3219 8881) and Sunnybank Hills Shopping Town (call 07 3711 6666). Walk in any day, no appointment needed. Most software fixes are completed the same day. WhatsApp us on +61 432 749 786 with your laptop model and symptoms for an initial assessment before you come in.
