Premium / Selected Mobile Number Service — Terms & Conditions

1. Service description
Mobile Connect provides a Premium/Selected Mobile Number service (“Service”), which allows customers to request, reserve, and/or purchase a specific mobile number where available. This Service relates solely to the selection and allocation of a mobile number and does not include the provision of telecommunications services.
2. Independent service provider
The Premium/Selected Number Service is independently offered and operated by Mobile Connect. It is not issued, supplied, sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with any telecommunications carrier, including Telstra.
3. Fees and charges
All fees paid for Premium/Selected numbers are service fees charged by Mobile Connect for the identification, reservation, allocation, and administration of a selected mobile number. These fees are separate from and in addition to any telecommunications service charges.
4. No refund policy (strict)
All Premium/Selected Number purchases are final. Once a number has been allocated, reserved, or processed, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals will be permitted except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Customer acknowledgement
- The Service is a one-off number selection and allocation service provided by Mobile Connect.
- The fee is not charged by any telecommunications carrier.
- Telstra and other carriers do not charge for new number allocation.
- No refund is available once processing has commenced or completed.
6. Miscommunication or staff statements
If you believe you were advised that carrier fees apply to number allocation, or there is any misunderstanding regarding this Service, you must contact Mobile Connect at info@mobileconnect.com.au before completing payment or raising any dispute.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
By completing this purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute where the Service has been delivered as described, including number reservation or allocation.

You will be taken to Stripe’s secure checkout where you can enter your card details, contact number, and the mobile number you wish to reserve. Your confirmation receipt will be emailed to you automatically after payment.
