What to do when liquid damage occurs?

Move your device out of the water as quickly as possible, and immediately remove the battery. As removing the battery out from the mobile quickly can save your mobile device. Most of the mobile phones have a white indicator near to the battery, if the device is damaged by liquid it turns into pink or red. You can remove water from the device by any absorbent material and make it dry. It is also possible with vacuum cleaner but not too close to the device.

 Do’s
  • Immediately remove the SIM card, memory card, anything else inserted in your device, remove quickly.
  • Dry softly with an absorbent material.
 Don’ts
  • Don’t try to use the device! This leads to further damage into the circuits.
  • Don’t use blower or hairdryer on the device- it would create more damage by pushing water into the device internally.
  • Don’t try to shake or move your mobile device more for the Prevention of liquid spread.
  • Don’t be too late to turn on your mobile device. 24 hours best to wait to turn on your device or back on.
